Ideal candidate
Experienced privacy operator who loves building scalable processes from scratch and partnering across legal and engineering to embed privacy in fast-moving AI products.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in privacy program management, privacy operations, data governance, compliance, or related field, ideally in technology, SaaS, or AI
- Demonstrated experience operationalizing privacy requirements under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA and biometric privacy requirements
- Ability to read data flow diagrams, understand system architectures and translate legal requirements into engineering implementation
- Experience building or improving privacy review processes, privacy impact assessments, or privacy control frameworks
- Hands-on experience managing consent management platforms and cookie/tracking technology compliance
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar security and privacy frameworks
- Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
