Experienced privacy program builder with 6+ years in tech who thrives in fast-moving AI environments. Pragmatic, highly organized operator who bridges legal and engineering to build scalable, low-friction processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years in privacy program management, operations, data governance, compliance or related field, ideally in tech/SaaS/AI
- Experience operationalizing GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA and biometric privacy requirements
- Ability to read data flow diagrams and translate legal requirements into engineering implementation
- Experience building or improving privacy reviews, PIAs/DPIAs and privacy control frameworks
- Hands-on experience with consent management platforms and cookie/tracking compliance
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
