Requirements

• Has built and shipped a product end-to-end without a spec, ideally as a founder or early engineer
• Strong full-stack product engineer able to build pipelines, agent tools and UI
• Builds pragmatically with LLMs and agents including tools, retrieval and evals
• Talks to users proactively and can articulate what to build first and why
• Bonus: experience with ad platforms, adtech, analytics, web builders or creative taste
