Requirements

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFP/bid responses end-to-end from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company
• Builder's approach to AI and automation, using AI fluently and shipping internal tooling or workflows
• Exceptional writing and editing to turn technical and commercial input into clear, persuasive responses
• Strong project management under deadline pressure across functions and timezones
• Commercial instincts to read scoring criteria, spot differentiation, and flag pursuits not worth effort
• Bonus: additional languages, security/compliance questionnaire experience, technical or pre-sales background
