Requirements

• 10+ years across public and private sector roles with government relationships driving commercial or adoption outcomes
• Wide, current network across European ministries, agencies, public bodies and EU institutions
• Depth in at least two major European markets
• Experience opening technology partnerships with government institutions
• Experience navigating EU policymaking across member states, EU institutions and Brussels coalitions
• Strong knowledge of European AI policy including EU AI Act, GDPR, DSA/DMA and AI governance
• Demonstrated success influencing policy outcomes and building coalitions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including briefing government officials
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus
• Comfortable working independently, handling ambiguity and working cross-functionally
