Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with AI or API-driven platforms
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Well-connected in the German enterprise landscape with ability to build C-suite and board-level relationships
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Germany
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment and building new playbooks
• Passion for voice and audio AI and transformative value for customers
• Customer and product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction and scale
• Fluent German, C1/C2 level or business German and English
