Requirements
- 8+ years in Salesforce administration and development owning complex high-growth org architecture
- Strong Apex skills to design, build, debug triggers and integrations independently
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce via APIs, middleware or custom services for scale
- SQL proficiency with complex joins, aggregations and pipeline logic
- Systems mindset to trace end-to-end GTM processes and downstream dependencies
- Strong judgment and ownership driving projects with little direction
- Clear communicator able to explain tradeoffs and earn trust across teams
- Excited by AI-native systems including Salesforce, MCP and AI agents
