Requirements

• Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration
• Strong Apex development skills to build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations
• SQL proficiency with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic
• Systems mindset to trace end-to-end processes and downstream dependencies
• Excited by modern tooling and building AI-native systems where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect
• Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker
