Requirements

• Proven track record leading large TA functions at high-growth companies, filling hundreds of roles per year across functions and geographies
• Hands-on recruiting instincts, comfortable in the weeds on critical searches
• Strong people leader who builds, develops and retains recruiting talent
• Able to design systems, tooling and workflows for 20-30 person team to perform with AI
• Close collaborator with People, Finance and business leaders on headcount, compensation and hiring strategy
• Held high bar for quality of hire while hitting aggressive volume, with metrics to show it
• Advised founders and executive suite on workforce planning
• Worked with Finance, People and RevOps on headcount planning, capacity modelling and offer strategy
• Recruited across Americas, EMEA and APAC and understands market differences
