Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar
- Minimum 10 years experience in system-level development in server, computer or networking industries
- 5 years as a lead or manager in a technology driven product company
- Demonstrated experience working with ODM/CM design teams through full development and production lifecycle
- Solid understanding of high-speed design and signal & power integrity considerations
- Proficiency in high-speed technologies including Ethernet & PCIe
- Experience designing systems with standards-based optical interfaces e.g. QSFP, OSFP
- Good understanding of FPGA design, Power circuits, Clocking and Mechanical/Thermal considerations
