Ideal candidate

Hands-on, high-ownership program leader who has lived through tape-out and thrives in fast, ambiguous startups. You chase dependencies, align engineers and vendors, and communicate credibly across the design stack.

Requirements

• At least one full ASIC tape-out end-to-end
• Solid understanding of RTL-to-GDSII flow and Physical Design, DFT, DV, and RTL handoffs
• 5+ years in technical / engineering program management in semiconductor or hardware
• Experience working directly with external EDA vendors or implementation partners
• Exceptional follow-through and proactivity chasing down dependencies
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment
• Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
