Requirements
- At least one full ASIC tape-out end-to-end
- Solid understanding of RTL-to-GDSII flow and team handoffs
- 5+ years in technical / engineering program management in semiconductors
- Experience working directly with EDA vendors or implementation partners
- Exceptional follow-through and proactivity on dependencies
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
