Hands-on hardware builder who has owned complex builds end to end and stays calm when things go wrong. You love working on the floor, simplifying chaos into repeatable processes, and shipping frontier hardware fast.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering, physics, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Hands-on experience building hardware
• Track record of owning a build or hardware program end to end and delivering on time
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, reading drawings, and GD&T
• Comfort working on the floor alongside technicians with clear communication across teams
• Ability to move fast with incomplete information and stay calm when a build goes wrong
