Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on data center engineering or operations experience with physical hardware deployment, power architecture, and facility management
• Designed and deployed high-density compute environments (20 kW/rack and above) with thermal management experience
• Vendor management - write RFPs, run competitive evaluations, and hold co-lo or hardware vendors to commitments
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and make confident decisions with incomplete information
• Driven by ownership and pride in clean, documented, operationally excellent environments
