Ideal candidate

A CPA accounting leader with Big 4 roots who thrives building reporting from zero and owning complex judgments end-to-end. You partner closely with GTM, finance and legal and constantly improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including Big 4 public accounting and/or corporate technical accounting/revenue role
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and broad technical accounting knowledge across GAAP
• Experience with SEC reporting and public company requirements strongly preferred
• Prior people management experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills translating complex accounting for non-accounting stakeholders
• Experience building technical accounting and financial reporting function from 0 to 1 at high-growth venture-backed company
• Experience in inventory accounting, manufacturing cost accounting, and hardware revenue recognition including warranty reserves and NRE
