A driven CPA accounting leader who thrives owning complex judgments end-to-end and improving processes. You love deep research and translating technical accounting for business partners in a fast-scaling hardware company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including Big 4 and/or corporate technical accounting/revenue role
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and broad technical accounting knowledge across GAAP
• Experience with SEC reporting and public company requirements strongly preferred
• Prior people management experience building high-performing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills translating complex accounting for non-accounting stakeholders
• Experience building technical accounting and financial reporting function from 0 to 1 at high-growth venture-backed company
• Experience in inventory, manufacturing cost accounting, and hardware revenue recognition including warranty reserves and NRE
