- 1-5+ years building and shipping software end to end, ideally at a fast-moving startup
- Strong full-stack skills focused on shipping working products
- Built LLM agents or AI tooling used by real users, including evals and failure analysis
- Uses agentic coding tools and frontier models to ramp fast on unfamiliar domains
- Product sense, design taste, and extreme attention to detail
