Ideal candidate

Hands-on inventory leader with manufacturing experience who thrives on the floor, owns accuracy end to end, and keeps builds moving through clear processes and close partnership with engineering.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations in a manufacturing or electronics environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP, NetSuite or comparable ERP for receiving, transfers, cycle counts and adjustments
• Experience managing inventory and leading a team: setting priorities, scheduling, training and holding a standard
• Proficient in Excel: lookups, pivot tables and building weekly reports from transaction data
• Experience running cycle-count programs and investigating variances to root cause
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations
• Comfortable on the floor: ESD-controlled areas, lifting up to 50 lb, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between San Jose and Milpitas
