Hands-on, low-ego engineer who thrives on the factory floor diagnosing hardware and partnering with CMs to lift yield and reliability for cutting-edge AI systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2-8 years in manufacturing test, product or electrical engineering in factory/CM/ODM environment
- Hands-on board-level debug with schematics, circuits and PCB layouts
- Working knowledge of system hardware architectures and PCB fabrication/assembly
- Experience with DFX/DFM, yield assessment and failure analysis
- Experience across NPI to sustaining from proto bring-up to ramp
- Flexibility for project milestones and short-notice domestic travel to CM/ODM sites
- Working English and fluent Mandarin for factory and San Jose collaboration
