Hands-on quality leader with 5+ years in high-performance hardware who thrives on the factory floor. You love building scalable processes, solving systemic issues cross-functionally, and ensuring complex systems ship reliably.

Requirements

• 5+ years in quality, supplier quality, or manufacturing quality for ASIC/chip, semiconductor, PCB/A, server or high-performance hardware
• Hands-on experience with L6 components, L10 server assembly, and L11 rack integration with Tier 1 CMs/ODMs
• Strong knowledge of PCB/A manufacturing including SMT, SPI, AOI, and X-ray inspection
• Experience establishing and managing IQC, IPQC, and OQC systems in high-volume manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, Cpk, control plans, and statistical process control
• Experience tracking and improving yield, DPPM, defect density, and escapes
• Familiarity with server assembly, burn-in, and system-level test workflows
• Excellent cross-functional communication across engineering, operations, suppliers, and CMs
• Comfortable working on-site at supplier and CM factories to resolve issues in real time
