Requirements

• 8+ years in repair operations, RMA, or hardware support operations with end-to-end returns ownership
• Direct experience standing up a repair operation, in-house depot or outsourced partner, from scratch
• Hands-on depth in hardware debug, board- and system-level troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Experience converting NPI/manufacturing documentation into repair processes, work instructions and test flows
• Strong understanding of failure analysis, root cause and corrective action processes
• Excellent communication skills working with customers, suppliers and internal teams
