Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in supply chain, production planning, or operations within semiconductors
- Deep understanding of silicon lifecycle from tape-out to validation
- Proven track record working with foundries and OSATs
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for supplier engagement and builds
- Strong program management and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience with hardware validation cycles and silicon logistics
