Hands-on manufacturing leader who loves building high-yield SMT operations from scratch and developing teams. Excited by frontier AI hardware and using automation to scale production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or comparable experience
- Minimum 5 years in electronics manufacturing with 2 years leading teams
- Hands-on SMT line operation including scheduling, kitting and changeovers
- Experience managing mixed full-time and contractor teams across shifts
- Working knowledge of SPI, AOI, X-ray, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 and MSD handling
- Familiarity with SMT process validation to partner on yield
- Track record building processes, training programs and metrics from scratch
