Requirements
- 3-5 years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, NPI or manufacturing operations
- Hands-on experience issuing and tracking POs, managing RFQs and coordinating deliveries
- Experience negotiating with suppliers on pricing and shipping costs
- Experience with ERP/procurement tools such as NetSuite, Mesh, SAP, or Ramp
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding, NDAs, W-9s, and invoice/payment workflows
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and bias for action
