Requirements

• 7+ years in hardware test engineering with transition to Technical Program Management
• Background in electrical, systems, validation or test engineering leading NPI to production
• Experience managing manufacturing test programs from development through production
• Strong understanding of EVT, DVT, PVT and production ramp
• Experience partnering with hardware, firmware, software, validation and manufacturing engineering
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, FATP partners or ODM/OEMs
• Understanding of test coverage, station architecture, fixtures, automation, yield and diagnostics
• Strong cross-functional program management and executive communication skills
• Willing to work in-person in San Jose and travel internationally to manufacturing partners
