Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with meaningful time in-house at a high-growth startup
• Track record hiring across technical (engineering, infrastructure, ML) and non-technical (GTM, finance, legal, ops) roles
• Strong sourcer with hires found through proactive outreach who weren't applying
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders, comfortable pushing back with market data
• Strong closer comfortable owning offer and comp conversations
• High agency, able to run searches independently without direction
• Genuinely excited about AI and generative media
