Requirements

• 5+ years starting in investment banking, private equity, private credit or infrastructure investing
• Strong financial modeling — build from scratch, stress-test and explain drivers
• Working knowledge of debt structures, credit documents and equity rounds
• Clear writing turning complex models into lender and investor memos and decks
• Highly organized to run multiple processes with many counterparties
• Resourceful, low-ego, high-urgency mindset for a fast-moving AI company
• Experience with infrastructure, project finance, asset-backed or GPU financing
• Exposure to M&A or corporate development
• Time in corporate or startup finance after banking or PE
• Track record using AI tools to automate finance workflows
