Requirements

• 3-5 years in GTM, revenue, or sales operations at a B2B software company
• Fluent in BDR, AE, and AM day-to-day workflows and needs
• Hands-on Salesforce administration including flows, permissions, and reports
• Experience with a sales engagement platform and Clay enrichment
• Comfortable with APIs and webhooks to connect systems and debug syncs
• Fluent builder with AI tools like Claude and Cursor to automate and ship fast
• High ownership, low ego with empathetic, service-minded support approach
