Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant commercial legal experience
• Top-tier law firm foundation plus in-house experience at a technology company
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex buy-side and sell-side deals
• Active US bar membership in good standing (California or NY preferred)
• Experience building commercial systems from scratch at a high-growth company
• Exposure to infrastructure capacity, data center, GPU or model/content licensing
