Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial legal experience in-house or at a firm serving infrastructure clients
• Recent hands-on experience negotiating GPU/cloud capacity, data center/colocation and hardware procurement
• Fluency in capacity commitments, take-or-pay, SLAs and credits, power provisions and liability terms
• Comfort running multiple high-value, time-sensitive negotiations with little process
• Sound business judgment with pragmatic, solution-oriented risk framing
• Active bar membership in good standing, California preferred
