Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial legal experience including in-house time at SaaS, cloud, API or AI company
• Track record negotiating high volumes of enterprise customer contracts
• Working knowledge of usage-based pricing, SLAs, GDPR, CCPA and DPAs
• Active bar membership in good standing, California preferred
• Business-partner mindset comfortable owning decisions in fast-moving environments
