Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering background with proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Postgres and Next.js
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer
• Comfortable jumping into ambiguous customer problems and finding solutions fast
• Ability to understand complex systems and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working across APIs, infrastructure and cloud environments
• High ownership mentality with end-to-end responsibility for customer success
• Experience with serverless platforms, infra products or developer platforms
