Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure vendor management, cloud partnerships, strategic sourcing or procurement operations
• Direct experience managing hyperscalers, neoclouds, GPU providers or data-center operators
• Experience operationalizing infrastructure agreements covering committed capacity, SLAs, credits and renewals
• Track record resolving vendor performance issues while preserving long-term relationships
• Strong analytical skills in performance reporting, invoice reconciliation and contract compliance
• Technical fluency to partner with infrastructure engineering and capacity planning
• Experience running QBRs, vendor scorecards, escalations and corrective-action plans
• Comfort building processes from scratch with clear, direct communication
