- Successful track record delivering critical improvements in intra- and inter-team operations
- Deep experience owning and building operational systems in startup-like environments
- Sense for creating enabling structure for a fast-scaling team
- Experience with Coda, Notion, Asana, CRMs or similar operational software
- Fluency with AI tools and workflows with judgment on when to use them
- Experience building automations for efficiency gains
