Requirements

• 3+ years in AI performance engineering leading large-scale improvement projects
• Deep understanding of GPU architecture and performance characteristics
• Proficiency with profiling tools and translating traces into optimizations
• Solid grasp of collective communication and modern networking concepts
• Strong Python and CUDA/C++ skills and framework internals experience
• Experience debugging performance regressions and instability at scale
• Experience defining hardware-efficiency metrics like MFU/HFU
