Inventory Accounting Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA preferred
• 8+ years in accounting including 5+ years in cost and inventory accounting at hardware or manufacturing company
• Prior experience as a manager at a high-growth company
• Deep expertise in US GAAP for inventory, fixed assets, leases and R&D vs capitalizable costs
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with inventory and manufacturing modules
• Experience integrating and reconciling ERP data against MES, PLM and WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail with knack for identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Track record designing and documenting controls and processes from scratch
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
