IT Client Engineer

Highlights

Ideal candidate

An engineer-first IT generalist who automates repetitive work away and documents results, comfortable owning a security-sensitive endpoint program with real IP consequences and explaining tradeoffs to non-technical partners.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing macOS, Windows, and Linux (Ubuntu LTS) endpoint fleets in production
• Practical experience with zero-touch enrollment and modern endpoint tooling including FleetDM, Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot or Intune
• Experience turning security benchmarks like CIS into enforced, validated configuration policy
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell with track record of replacing manual processes with code
• Working knowledge of authentication fundamentals including SAML, OIDC, SCIM and tradeoffs
• Experience administering identity and SaaS platforms at scale including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira
• Sound judgment on security and risk tradeoffs and ability to explain controls to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, particularly in documenting standards and policy
