Requirements

• 4+ years in IT support or operations, including as primary or sole IT owner for a site
• Hands-on macOS and Apple device management with MDM tools like Jamf, Kandji or Mosyle
• Experience administering Google Workspace accounts, groups and access
• Strong office networking knowledge including Wi-Fi, DHCP, VLANs and ISP management
• Professional-level English for daily work with US-based IT team
