Mobile Service Technician

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working with complex systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software-based issues on humanoid robot fleet
• Read PCB and harness schematics and perform full-system diagnostics
• Use computer tools including CMD prompt, Google Suite and development GUIs
• Use electrical diagnostic tools including scope, digital multimeter and current probes
• Perform mechanical assembly with torque tools, removing and replacing components up to 50lbs
• Customer-facing experience with ability to work under short timelines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Maintain detailed records and follow assembly documentation
