Requirements

• AS degree or equivalent experience, high school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years in regulated manufacturing with 1+ year in leadership role
• Hands-on assembly or production experience, robotics or automotive preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting with attention to detail
• Collaborative communicator with strong time management
• Able to lift 50 lbs and use hand tools and chemicals with PPE
