Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, production, logistics or shift supervision leading daily execution
• Experience coordinating people and priorities in real time on a physical floor
• Comfort making fast decisions with incomplete information and knowing when to escalate
• Clear communication with structured handoffs and accurate shift records
• Availability for rotating shifts including nights and weekends
• Professional English for SOPs, dashboards and escalation with US teams
