Quality Engineering Technician

Ideal candidate

Detail-oriented quality professional with 3-5 years on the manufacturing floor who thrives under tight deadlines, builds strong shop-floor relationships, and cares about catching risks early to improve humanoid product quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies (8D, 5-Why, fishbone/Ishikawa)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Able to use basic measurement tools such as pin gauges, bore gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CATIA/CAD proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 is a plus
