Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive People Operations experience in high-growth tech or robotics environment
• Experience configuring workflows, permissions and integrations, Rippling strongly preferred
• Experience partnering with benefits brokers/platforms and leading annual Open Enrollment
• Experience processing multi-state payroll, enforcing non-exempt timecard compliance and supporting contingent/agency workforces
• Strong working knowledge of California employment law, FLSA classifications and benefits administration
