Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in service, field service, technical repair, or manufacturing environment
• 2+ years leading technician teams
• Proven track record running service operations in fast-paced, tech-driven, customer-facing environment
• Experience running complex processes using Lean or continuous improvement techniques
• Strong grasp of business metrics driving productivity, quality, and cost
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Low-ego, team-first leadership with pragmatic problem-solving under pressure
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
