Requirements

• 5+ years in a leadership role such as shift lead, supervisor, coordinator, or team lead
• Experience in manufacturing, field operations, lab operations, or similar fast-paced environment
• Proven track record owning team results and improving metrics
• Able to make sound independent decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication including shift reports and escalation
• Experience with robots or troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tool
• Able to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle humanoid hardware
• Available for 5-day workweek with mandatory weekend shift on 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM shift
