Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role such as shift lead, supervisor, or coordinator
• Background in manufacturing, field operations, lab operations, or similar fast-paced environment
• Proven track record owning team results, hitting targets and improving metrics
• Confidence making sound independent decisions under pressure without direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear shift reports and escalation
• Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing and tracking tool
• Ability to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and physically manage humanoid hardware
• Availability for 5-day workweek including mandatory weekend shift
