Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience as shift lead, supervisor, or team lead in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations, or deploying hardware at customer sites
• Proven people management experience directing, coaching, and holding a team accountable
• Able to work a consistent swing shift, adjust hours with short notice, and cover weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong judgment and execution in high-pressure situations
• Experience in customer-facing roles
