Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic or electromechanical equipment
• Systematic troubleshooting across hardware, cabling, firmware and software layers
• Familiar with bench tools, multimeter, cabling, firmware flashing and basic networking
• Strong documentation discipline for maintenance, inventory and remote debugging
• Patient, hands-on coaching style for non-technical operators on a busy ops floor
• Professional English for async collaboration with US engineering
• Flexibility for occasional off-shift and weekend support in 24/7 operation
