Requirements

• 4+ years experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or equipment operations
• Track record owning physical inventory accuracy at scale with full lifecycle tracking
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication coordinating across logistics, dispatch and project teams
• Proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets and project management tools
• Experience managing or leading a small team
• Comfortable with physical work including pallet jacks, forklifts and lifting equipment
• Thrives in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment solving problems in real time
