Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience leading and developing procurement teams
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities including pricing models and total cost of ownership
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and incomplete information
• Experience building or transforming a procurement function in a high-growth organization
• Familiarity with procurement technology, spend analytics, contract lifecycle management and procure-to-pay platforms
